Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to drive complex deals involving multiple C-level stakeholders.
- Lead technical discovery and qualification to understand customer objectives, pain points, and success criteria.
- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations, proofs of concept, and hands-on technical responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Guide customers through evaluations and ensure proposed solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer Success on campaigns, pipeline execution, and customer transformation goals.
- Share market insights with Product teams and influence the product roadmap.
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of solution engineering, solution consulting, or solution architecture experience in a SaaS organization.
- Hands-on experience with collaboration, workflow automation, or integration platforms, including building demos, configuring integrations, or automating customer workflows.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Experience building and delivering proofs of concept and technical responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Hands-on experience using AI products to solve real business or workflow problems.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to rapidly changing products and markets, manage competing priorities, and deliver polished outcomes.
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours across the sales territory.
- Preferred experience with customers in Malaysia or the broader Southeast Asian market, including Singapore or Indonesia.
- Preferred industry knowledge in ICT, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
- Preferred experience with SaaS applications, iPaaS, cloud technologies, and cloud infrastructure.
