Responsibilities

  • Build connected UFC features across client, backend, and data systems.
  • Maintain scalable systems supporting global live-service demands and peak player activity.
  • Develop and integrate matchmaking, social features, live events, progression, real-time gameplay, and cross-platform play systems.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, production teams, and technology partners.
  • Use live insights to refine features and apply AI-assisted tools to improve development, automation, and testing workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience developing online games or scalable online applications as a software engineer.
  • Proficiency in C++ and comfort working in large-scale, real-time codebases.
  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL.
  • Experience with networked systems, client/server models, service integration, latency considerations, and multithreaded environments.
  • Familiarity with source control tools such as Git or Perforce.
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and develop clean, maintainable solutions.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools or coding agents to prototype, accelerate execution, and automate workflows, with the ability to review and validate generated code.
