Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and GitLab.
- Create reusable pipeline templates, workflows, and infrastructure modules using tools such as Terraform.
- Design, deploy, and operate production Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads at scale.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform or cloud-native tools such as ARM, Bicep, and CloudFormation.
- Configure application routing with CDNs, load balancers, and ingress controllers for single- and multi-region architectures.
- Support cloud networking, including hub-and-spoke network architectures and cloud-hosted container platforms.
- Integrate automated quality checks, testing, security scanning, and non-functional requirement validation into pipelines.
- Write and maintain infrastructure-code tests and analyze security scan results, including CVE reports.
- Debug and troubleshoot applications in Java, C#, or Node.js.
- Own technical deliverables, collaborate with client and cross-functional teams, and communicate project outcomes.
- Provide informal guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, technical requirements analysis, proposals, internal competencies, and delivery improvements.
Requirements
- Senior-level hands-on commercial experience designing CI/CD pipelines with at least two platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
- Hands-on commercial experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform or cloud-native tooling such as ARM, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating production Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications at scale.
- Knowledge of CDN, load balancer, ingress, multi-region, and hub-and-spoke cloud networking architectures.
- Experience with Azure Container Apps or AWS ECS Fargate is relevant for containerized cloud workloads.
- Experience integrating testing, security scanning, compliance, and performance validation into build pipelines.
- Experience writing infrastructure-code tests and analyzing CVE reports.
- Ability to debug applications in Java, C#, or Node.js; a software development background is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, problem-solving, ownership, and mentoring skills.
- Awareness of AI-assisted development practices and experience with GitHub Copilot are desirable.
