Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and clinical stakeholders to enhance existing products and develop new ones.
- Build and own clinician and operations facing products end-to-end.
- Craft exceptional, scalable, and flexible products and code.
- Contribute to and influence engineering processes, culture, practices, and systems.
- Analyze complex technical problems and architect effective solutions.
- Review code and collaborate on technical decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building scalable engineering solutions.
- Experience with Python-based web frameworks like Django or FastAPI.
- Experience in building operational and workflow management systems.
- Proactive ownership mindset.
- Belief in automated testing, continuous integration, and high code quality.
- Interest in coaching and mentoring junior engineers.
- Collaborative approach to software development.
