Responsibilities
- Develop, utilize, and maintain technology tools and data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and extract insights from data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout projects to identify process improvements, perform risk management checks, and design, build, test, and deploy solutions.
- Participate actively in project management.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to training on digital tools, skills, and processes.
Requirements
- Recognized degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, or Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development.
- Ability to code in .NET and an in-depth understanding of MS SQL.
- Ability to troubleshoot application systems independently and work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience or proficiency with LLMs, open source technologies, big data, machine learning, or numerical programming frameworks is a plus.
- Experience or proficiency with Python, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, Microsoft Azure, Alteryx, or other programming languages is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps or GitHub is a plus.
- Knowledge of designing or maintaining workflow processes in BPM is preferred; K2 or Nintex BPM knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
