Responsibilities
- Build agentic systems operating across fax, email, web portals, and physical mail.
- Process and surface relevant information from medical records ranging from approximately 300 to 30,000 pages, including highly duplicated content.
- Match patients and healthcare facilities across complex provider networks.
- Build and improve retrieval pipelines, customer-facing products, and applied AI systems.
- Move between product and pipeline work as company priorities change while staying close to customers and data.
Requirements
- Experience shipping features end to end in production and owning outcomes.
- Interest in deeply understanding data systems and the workflows operated by agents.
- Experience exploring LLMs and enthusiasm for turning them into reliable systems.
- Willingness to speak directly with users and incorporate their feedback.
- Interest in applying rigorous engineering to complex, economically valuable problems.
- Must work fully in person in Dumbo, Brooklyn.
