Responsibilities
- Write scripts to set up infrastructure for 24/7 service availability.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems.
- Troubleshoot issues reported in multiple environments.
- Triaging production issues and responding to customer inquiries.
Requirements
- B Tech/M Tech/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4-7 years of industry experience.
- Programming experience in Python, Ruby, Perl, or equivalent.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
- Experience with provisioning tools like Terraform.
- Proficient in AWS services.
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to manage multiple live SaaS applications.
- Experience with web servers, application servers, and databases.
- Knowledge of UNIX (Linux) administration tools.
- Familiarity with security best practices and relevant tools.
- Good understanding of networking concepts.
