Responsibilities
- Write scripts to set up infrastructure supporting 24/7 availability of Netradyne services.
- Set up monitoring and alerting across multiple environments.
- Troubleshoot and triage production issues and provide timely responses to customers.
- Manage live SaaS applications with high volume, high load, low latency, and high availability.
Requirements
- B Tech, M Tech, or MS in Computer Science or a related field, with the alternatives qualifying at the bachelor's level.
- Approximately 4–7 years of industry experience.
- Programming experience in Python, Ruby, Perl, or an equivalent language.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and provisioning tools such as Terraform.
- Good knowledge and experience with AWS.
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Individual experience managing multiple live SaaS applications with high volume, high load, low latency, and 24/7 availability.
- Experience setting up Apache web servers, Tomcat or WebSphere application servers, and RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of UNIX and Linux administration tools, security best practices, firewalls, VPNs, and networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting ability.
