Responsibilities
- Deliver technology solutions for Global Markets business functions across global regions.
- Support software used for pricing, sales and research, electronic trading, connectivity, trade capture, trade lifecycle management, risk management, P&L, and related interfaces.
- Analyze complex problems, establish future-focused solutions, assess options, and make strategic recommendations.
- Promote team vision and goals while supporting employee development, organizational growth, inclusion, and psychological safety.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience.
- B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech qualification.
- Ability to analyze problems, assess feasibility, make judgments, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Leadership skills supporting collaboration, team development, ownership, and inclusive working practices.
