Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, implementation, and integration of AI model-serving solutions.
- Design and standardize serving architectures for AI and Generative AI use cases.
- Define safe rollout and rollback strategies and drive performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Establish runtime resilience patterns and develop performance, load, resiliency, and cost test plans.
- Ensure operational readiness for production launches and participate in architecture, operational readiness, and security reviews.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching through design and code reviews while mentoring engineers.
- Collaborate with Platform, MLOps, Reliability, Security, Data, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong experience delivering production-grade software systems.
- Expertise in Python development.
- Experience with containerized, microservice-based architectures and strong understanding of API design and versioning.
- Experience with AWS.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
