Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications using Core Java.
- Build robust backend solutions using collections, multithreading, and networking concepts.
- Participate in technical design reviews and architectural discussions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to implement requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues.
- Ensure coding standards, best practices, scalability, performance, and software quality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on application stability and scalability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years and up to 8 years of experience in Core Java development.
- Proficiency in Core Java, including Collections, multithreading, and networking.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience developing scalable and high-performance Java applications.
- Knowledge of application performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Spring Framework and Spring Boot experience are preferred.
- Relevant domain knowledge is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
