Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack Generative AI and agentic AI applications.
- Mentor engineers, provide technical direction, and conduct architecture, code, and design reviews.
- Architect RAG pipelines, document ingestion, semantic search, vectorization, retrieval, and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop scalable microservices, REST APIs, webhooks, asynchronous integrations, and DAG-based AI processing pipelines.
- Design vector database, metadata storage, distributed data-processing, embedding, indexing, and retrieval architectures.
- Deploy cloud-native AI applications on AWS or GCP and define scalability, reliability, resilience, and security strategies.
- Establish secure coding, OWASP API security, data protection, access control, and AI integration guardrails.
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures, solution blueprints, diagrams, and system documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Generative AI; the posting also cites 6–10 years of overall experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Hands-on implementation experience with enterprise AI systems, such as RAG knowledge assistants, LLM inference platforms, LangChain or LangGraph workflows, or document-ingestion and semantic-search pipelines.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, RAG architecture, LLM inference, and enterprise AI platform development.
- Hands-on programming experience with Python and NestJS or Node.js.
- Experience with vector databases such as pgVector, OpenSearch, and Milvus, plus PostgreSQL or AWS RDS.
- Experience with Apache Spark or equivalent distributed data-processing frameworks and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, LLMOps or MLOps, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, semantic search, embedding optimization, and multi-agent architectures.
- Experience with secure API design, OWASP API security practices, cloud-native deployments, and CI/CD collaboration.
- Strong technical architecture, programming, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
