Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Agentic AI solutions and Azure AI services.
- Design, architect, and deploy scalable multi-agent systems and AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Integrate and deploy large and small language models, including fine-tuning and enterprise integration.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver measurable business impact through GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
- Define and implement Responsible AI, compliance, governance, and ethical development practices.
- Drive architectural and technical decisions across projects and teams.
- Mentor teams and lead knowledge-sharing and training sessions on agentic AI technologies.
- Assess solution performance and recommend improvements in scalability, accuracy, and compliance.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience, with 13+ years of overall IT industry experience stated elsewhere in the posting.
- At least 8 years of experience with Microsoft AI technologies and 10+ years with the Azure Platform as a Service platform.
- At least 2 years of specialization in Agentic AI Architecture.
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs and SLMs, including fine-tuning, deployment, and enterprise integration.
- Proven experience designing and implementing agentic AI architectures.
- Practical experience with Python and Visual Studio Code.
- Understanding of Responsible AI frameworks, governance policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning and familiarity with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
