Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate end-to-end cloud, hybrid, and on-premise integration scenarios across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Build and maintain modular enterprise iFlows using routing, splitting, gathering, message mapping, and transformation patterns.
- Implement Groovy scripting, persistence, idempotency, retries, correlation, and resilient flow-control patterns.
- Design and expose secure APIs, integrate third-party applications through connectors, and enable event-driven integration patterns.
- Build AI-native integration agents, retrieval-grounded assistance, mapping recommendations, anomaly detection, predictive operations, and conversational troubleshooting with human-in-the-loop controls.
- Create automated integration testing, payload regression, replay testing, API verification, and AI evaluation harnesses with release gates.
- Establish monitoring, dashboards, alerts, traceability, structured logging, and end-to-end troubleshooting for flows, APIs, and event pipelines.
- Provide integration strategy, governance, advisory support, maturity assessments, and modernization guidance across teams.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including cloud integration, iFlows, transformation patterns, and monitoring.
- Experience with message mappings, routing patterns, and transformations across JSON, XML, CSV, and other enterprise formats.
- Practical scripting capability, such as Groovy, for transformation, enrichment, validation, and performance tuning.
- Strong API design and management fundamentals covering security, throttling, lifecycle, versioning, and observability.
- AI-native delivery experience with tool-augmented workflows, retrieval-grounded outputs, measurable evaluation loops, grounding, guardrails, and safe action boundaries.
- Knowledge of event-driven integration, enterprise messaging, connector-based SaaS integrations, legacy platform migration, and integration governance is beneficial.
