Base Salary

$90k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute functional, system integration, regression, performance, security, data migration, and UAT test strategies for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Build and maintain automated test suites using OATS, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent tools.
  • Perform parallel payroll validation against legacy outputs and resolve variances before production cutover.
  • Conduct Section 508 accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1 AA standards, including testing with assistive technologies.
  • Coordinate UAT with agency stakeholders, including scenario development, tester training, defect triage, and sign-off tracking.
  • Execute performance and load testing for peak federal workforce transaction volumes.
  • Manage defects using JIRA or equivalent tools, including severity classification, root cause analysis, and trend reporting.
  • Validate integrations with federal HR, payroll, and workforce systems and test Oracle quarterly updates.
  • Develop test documentation, contribute to SAFe Agile ceremonies and continuous testing improvements, mentor junior personnel, and lead small technical initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant experience, with additional experience allowed in place of a degree.
  • At least seven years of experience in software QA, test engineering, or test automation for enterprise applications.
  • At least five years of hands-on experience with Selenium, OATS, Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent automation tools.
  • Experience testing cloud-based enterprise applications, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle ERP Cloud, across functional, integration, regression, and performance domains.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps Test Plans, or equivalent defect and test management tools.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile continuous testing practices, UAT coordination, test planning, execution support, and defect triage.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship.
  • Preferred qualifications include eight or more years of testing experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or ERP implementation experience, ISTQB certification, performance testing experience, Section 508 accessibility testing, federal HR process knowledge, parallel payroll validation, scripting skills, and Oracle Cloud technology experience.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, mentoring, and independent problem-solving abilities.
