Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Oversee daily operations, assign tasks, and serve as the primary link between the team and upper management.
- Architect and design end-to-end PLM solutions aligned with business, engineering, and enterprise architecture objectives.
- Translate stakeholder and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define PLM data models, lifecycle strategies, integrations, and product-data governance frameworks.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of PLM platforms with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership, guide development teams, resolve complex technical issues, and maintain best practices.
- Establish quality standards for solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor PLM specialists and developers and promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect, PLM Architect, or senior PLM consultant delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
- Three to five years of experience managing, leading, and mentoring team members.
- More than seven years of strong expertise with PLM platforms such as ENOVIA and 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Two to five years of strong expertise with CATIA V5 and ENOVIA V5.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, engineering change management, configuration management, and product-data governance.
- Experience integrating PLM solutions with CAD, CAE, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications for digital-thread initiatives.
- Understanding of Agile delivery, SAFe, and Agile-at-Scale frameworks, with experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill is an asset.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and modeling techniques such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, and BPMN 2.0 is an asset.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
