Responsibilities
- Work with incident management processes and tools.

Requirements
- Experience with Java frameworks and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and troubleshooting code issues.
- Experience with relational or non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure pipelines.
- Exposure to application monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, well-tested code enhancements.
