Responsibilities
- Utilize incident management processes and tools to generate reports and take corrective actions.
- Debug complex application systems to resolve business-impacting issues.

Requirements
- Experience with C#, .NET, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of various architectures such as monolithic, microservices, and serverless.
- Strong debugging and triaging skills for effective code troubleshooting.
- Experience with relational databases like MS SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Knowledge of application monitoring tools such as DataDog or Prometheus.
- Ability to ensure high-quality and well-tested deliverables.
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
