Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop reusable automation libraries, utilities, and components using modern test automation tools.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and release processes while establishing quality gates and reporting metrics.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and architects on requirements, design, testability, and technical solutions.
- Validate backend services, REST APIs, application workflows, and databases across UI, middleware, and backend systems.
- Analyze logs, traces, and backend processes to troubleshoot issues, identify defects, and support root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Java, and JUnit and/or TestNG.
- Proven experience implementing UI, API, integration, and end-to-end automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of test automation architecture, design patterns, and framework development.
- Experience testing REST APIs, microservices, and JSON/XML payloads using API automation frameworks.
- Experience with database validation using SQL and with analyzing backend application architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and validating end-to-end application flows.
