Base Salary
$142k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own backend product capabilities for Stytch’s identity platform.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction and deliver high-impact features.
- Collaborate across teams to align on architecture and unblock initiatives.
- Author design docs and drive key technical decisions.
- Break down complex problems and design developer experiences.
- Improve production quality through observability and incident response.
- Mentor and support other engineers to raise the team's technical bar.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in designing and operating high-scale cloud-based systems.
- Familiarity with a production-grade code base in a modern programming language.
- Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation weekend and holiday hours.
