Responsibilities
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools according to client requirements.
- Build and customize DevOps tools, including access workflows and user access provisioning.
- Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting to connect application code with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment processes in a DevOps environment.
- Provide internal and external customer support, resolve tickets within specified timelines, and follow escalation procedures.
- Troubleshoot critical and recurring issues and perform root cause analysis.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory DevOps and Terraform skills.
- Ability to collaborate with application, development, testing, and operations teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support customers across multiple platforms.
