Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and platform solutions.
- Build and manage service catalog items, record producers, order guides, and custom scoped applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
- Configure and maintain Service Portal widgets, pages, and themes using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, and Kafka.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and enforce platform coding standards.
- Support solution design, development, configuration, platform administration, service improvement, and enterprise-scale service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, vendors, stakeholders, and Agile delivery teams.
Requirements
- B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
- Hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience, including JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps modules, with knowledge of HRSD, CSM, or SecOps specifically required.
- Experience with Products and Service Catalog, Client Scripts, server-side scripting, Business Rules, and other ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio, Service Portal, data models, solution design, configuration, and platform administration.
- Experience integrating external systems with ServiceNow using ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, and Kafka.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and AI/ML capabilities including Predictive Intelligence and NLU.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices on ServiceNow, Agile delivery, Scrum, user stories, and sprint models.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments and translating business requirements into scalable workflows.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in any module.
- Experience leading complex projects, managing stakeholders, coordinating vendors, and managing infrastructure services.
