Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement custom software solutions within Workday environments.
- Integrate Workday Talent Management modules with other enterprise applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to talent management systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
- Lead process improvements, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management.
- Proficiency in Workday Talent Management and Workday Learning.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software solutions within Workday environments.
- Experience integrating Workday Talent Management modules with enterprise applications.
- Ability to use modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, business requirements analysis, and technical solution design skills.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
