Base Salary
$149k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Automate HIL bench health, accessibility, and reliability testing workflows.
- Implement release management automation for defining compatible software builds between vehicle components.
- Respond to release blockers with operations teams and improve infrastructure to prevent recurring issues.
- Mine data for deficiencies, errors, and optimization opportunities in managed tools and processes.
- Maintain HIL benches and ensure critical testing pipelines remain active and successful.
- Support simulations, hardware testing, and AV software release processes across Autonomy and Infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with Linux, Python, Git, and CI/CD.
- At least 3 years of experience interfacing with databases such as SQL, Postgres, and Trino.
- At least 2 years of experience working with C++ and with hardware, sensors, and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Familiarity or experience with Vehicle CAN and interfacing with it through Python automation.
- Electrical familiarity for HIL bench connections and setup.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and experience working in cross-functional development teams, including quarterly roadmap design.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronics with a Software option.
- Bonus qualifications include cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; simulation experience; OSC2 and YAML simulation scenario experience; autonomous driving experience; and networking, routing, VPN, or VPC familiarity.
