Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain enterprise AI and data platform services across cloud, Kubernetes/EKS, databases, data platforms, and AI-supporting services.
- Build and improve monitoring, observability, alerting, and health-check capabilities using Grafana, CloudWatch, logs, metrics, and tracing.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure, applications, data, APIs, databases, and integration layers, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Drive platform configuration, integration, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, releases, automation, and continuous engineering improvements.
- Partner with global teams and technology providers to onboard AI capabilities, manage production changes, maintain documentation, and ensure production readiness.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps/SRE, data platforms, AI platforms, or enterprise production support.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Experience with monitoring and observability, including Grafana, CloudWatch, application logs, metrics, and tracing.
- Solid knowledge of Linux, networking, databases/SQL, APIs, and distributed applications.
- Experience with scripting or automation using Python, Shell/Bash, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting complex, business-critical production environments and troubleshooting across multiple technical layers.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for independent collaboration with global engineering and technology teams.
- Preferred qualifications include production experience with AI/ML or GenAI platforms, Langfuse or other LLM observability solutions, Neo4j, Collibra, Dataiku, Redshift/PostgreSQL, or similar enterprise data platforms.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, change, release, disaster recovery, and production-readiness processes is preferred; regulated-industry experience is a plus.
