Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to solve complex problems and deliver elegant solutions for Clio customers.
- Build and contribute to web applications in collaboration with full-stack development teams.
- Participate in diverse projects with engineering teams across three countries.
- Review and provide feedback on peers’ code.
- Optimize databases and contribute to reliable, scalable, and performant products.
- Mentor others in software development and collaborate effectively with distributed teams and customers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software development, specifically building web applications at scale.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails is highly desirable.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated mentorship experience in software development, particularly with Agile processes and large-scale SaaS products.
- Experience with database optimization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues and customers.
