Responsibilities
- Assess functional and technical requirements for feasibility and translate them into technical software designs.
- Design, implement, test, debug, and document software and application components.
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend software using the stated technologies.
- Address performance, data protection, IT security, usability, and maintainability requirements.
- Provide technical support and consultation during application concept phases.
- Work in agile teams using software engineering techniques and methods.
Requirements
- Proficiency in frontend development with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and Angular.
- Proficiency in backend development with Java, Spring Boot, or similar technologies.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, Git, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, SQL, and databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Kafka, EBS, Redux, IntelliJ, DBVisualizer, and ReadyAPI.
- Insurance knowledge, including lines and contracts, and BiPRO knowledge are nice to have.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required; German is a plus.
- Machine learning knowledge is a strong advantage.
