Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable search infrastructure for indexing and retrieval.
- Lead the architectural evolution of hybrid search systems.
- Evolve data-intensive platform components with strong observability.
- Architect the platform to support agentic search patterns.
- Define SLOs and technical roadmaps for search services.
Requirements
- Deep experience with search engines and vector databases.
- 10+ years of experience in high-throughput backend platform software.
- Proven track record in building distributed data systems.
- Expertise in optimizing systems for low-latency retrieval.
- Ability to translate product goals into technical roadmaps.
- Experience with container execution and security fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Go, Java, or C++.
