Base Salary
$187k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday modules.
- Architect, build, and optimize scalable Workday integrations and custom reports.
- Partner with various teams to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues.
- Support mergers and acquisitions by managing onboarding workflows and data migrations.
- Contribute to the development of AI-enabled solutions within HR systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working with Workday, including configuration across HCM, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Experience building and maintaining Workday reports, integrations, and security models.
- Familiarity with Payroll and Finance processes as they relate to HR systems.
- Hands-on experience using Workday Studio and custom integration patterns using APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage modern AI tools to enhance engineering workflows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and communicate effectively.
