Base Salary
$150k - $273k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect codebases for AI-forward development.
- Build and maintain the AI-native development platform.
- Productionize AI-generated prototypes into deployable products.
- Evaluate AI tooling and make build vs. buy decisions.
- Drive adoption of AI workflows across engineering teams.
- Define and maintain governance for AI-generated code.
- Partner with engineering leadership to create an AI-enablement roadmap.
- Mentor engineers in AI-native development practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on platform or infrastructure work.
- Strong software fundamentals and experience in designing systems.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting for extensibility and maintainability.
- Track record of driving cross-team technical initiatives.
- Experience with AI/ML workloads or LLM-based systems.
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across engineering teams.
- Excellent written communication skills.
