Base Salary
$209k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain container-based microservice API architectures on Kubernetes clusters.
- Design and develop scalable software supporting the security, safety, and privacy of GenAI and LLM-based systems.
- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, agents, and guardrails into product features.
- Develop guardrails and agent workflows that support GenAI safety and security.
- Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, AI researchers, and security specialists.
- Evaluate and integrate open-source tools and third-party platforms to accelerate product development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of backend software engineering experience with strong GenAI and LLM expertise.
- Experience developing and scaling GenAI solutions and workflows, including RAG workflows and prompt engineering.
- Experience building cloud solutions with APIs, containers, microservice architectures, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- Experience integrating authentication and authorization systems, including cloud IAM, SSO, JWT, and OAuth.
- Strong Python skills and experience working in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure environments.
- Familiarity with version control tools, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex distributed systems for enterprise solutions.
- Successful completion of a background investigation, subject to applicable local laws.
