Responsibilities
- Build and improve core platform capabilities for AI-powered workforces and business operations.
- Talk with users to identify needs, define outcomes, and decide what to build.
- Ship production software, learn from issues, and implement practical fixes.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and help shape the product and engineering approach.
Requirements
- Typically 3 to 10+ years of engineering experience and a track record of shipping software used by real people.
- Ability to explain what broke in a shipped product and how it was diagnosed and fixed.
- Strong product judgment and ability to work independently without a predefined task list.
- Comfort building with AI tools at a fast pace; no specific programming stack is required.
- Interest in AI and early-stage product development; startup or founding experience is a plus.
- Commitment to relocating to San Francisco by January 2027.
