Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.
- Build frameworks and tools for developing, testing, and deploying autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with product and research partners to deliver reliable technical solutions.
- Contribute hands-on across platform infrastructure and developer-facing abstractions.
- Mentor engineers, improve codebase practices, and help define the platform’s technical direction.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in software engineering or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with agentic infrastructure, agent systems, agent frameworks, or related distributed systems.
- Generalist technical background spanning multiple areas, with strong systems design and scalability and reliability skills.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building developer tools, APIs, or platforms is valuable.
- Experience as an early startup engineer, founder, CTO, or founding engineer.
