$264k - $380k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the Data Movement Policy framework.
- Define the roadmap for Data Exfiltration Protection and enhance ingress and egress controls.
- Drive the unification of Context-Aware Access policies with egress perimeter controls.
- Author and review design documents for DMP and Perimeter Policy.
- Collaborate with Product Management to refine DXP product requirements.
- Mentor senior and staff engineers to promote security-first engineering.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5 years in a principal or architect role.
- Deep understanding of network security protocols and Zero Trust architectures.
- Proven track record of designing high-scale distributed systems in Java, Go, or C++.
- Strong experience with cloud-native security controls in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Effective deployment of AI models to enhance team productivity.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
