Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship end-to-end personalization and recommendation systems.
- Collaborate with product, data engineering, and platform teams to define technical strategy.
- Lead the development of new ML capabilities from zero to one.
- Evaluate and integrate modern AI paradigms into existing ML systems.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews while mentoring team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
- Strong foundation in ML fundamentals and experience shipping models to production.
- Expertise in personalization and recommendation systems in high-traffic environments.
- Proven ability to deliver projects from ambiguous problems to production-grade solutions.
- Experience with agentic systems, LLM fine-tuning, or modern AI paradigms.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
