Base Salary
$236k - $339k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-first platforms, tools, and practices that improve Snowsight developer experience.
- Drive strategy and initiatives for agentic development workflows and infrastructure supporting major increases in developer productivity.
- Develop scalable, performant, maintainable, and extensible developer infrastructure and tooling.
- Improve platform reliability through observability, alerting, SLOs, and automated remediation.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineering teams, and business groups on end-to-end solutions.
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and standards.
Requirements
- 12+ years of industry experience developing tools for large codebases.
- Experience with enterprise-grade build systems.
- Experience with or strong interest in AI or LLM-based applications, including agents, prompt/tool engineering, evaluations, or productionized AI features.
- Fluency in Go, Java, or Python.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and mentor junior engineers.
- Strategic prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and written and oral English skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bellevue, WA, or Menlo Park, CA.
