Responsibilities
- Own major pillars of the quality stack for agent behavior.
- Design and evolve pipelines for large-scale experimentation.
- Lead postmortems on quality regressions and prioritize findings.
- Align cross-functional teams on quality standards for customer workflows.
- Ensure quality systems are dependable and reproducible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML software production with staff-level ownership.
- Strong track record in building eval harnesses and experimentation loops.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, and Go.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration.
