Responsibilities
- Own architecture and technical direction for Innovation prototypes.
- Build thin vertical slices across UI, APIs, and pipelines.
- Validate feasibility under real deployment constraints.
- Produce excellent handoff packages including technical designs and runbooks.
- Mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years engineering experience with 2+ years in leading architecture and delivery outcomes.
- Expertise in TypeScript/Node.js and strong full-stack fluency.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and practical Kubernetes experience.
- Operational mindset with experience in logs, metrics, and SLO-oriented thinking.
- Strong technical writing and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Eligibility to work in Germany; EU/NATO citizenship preferred.
