Base Salary
$250k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable systems for processing millions of data points monthly.
- Design and implement user-friendly human ↔ AI interfaces for document processing.
- Take complete ownership of product and engineering areas as a founding team member.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, and founding members to shape the team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building complex software systems in production environments.
- Experience in high-growth startups and understanding of best practices.
- Ability to manage abstract projects from start to finish with high agency.
- Experience deploying AI/ML systems in production is essential.
- Familiarity with developer tools is a plus.
