Responsibilities
- Advise senior customer and partner leaders on AI transformation, cloud modernization, and technical strategy.
- Lead AI transformation programs from use-case selection and architecture through production, scale, and value realization.
- Drive adoption of GitHub, developer productivity, DevOps, platform engineering, and Azure services.
- Design and validate enterprise-scale generative AI, agentic AI, cloud-native application, and secure DevOps architectures.
- Lead architecture reviews, proofs of concept, pilots, and production-readiness activities.
- Build reusable assets, reference architectures, and accelerators, and share customer insights with Engineering.
- Mentor and coach Cloud Solution Architects, lead virtual teams, and scale technical expertise through enablement and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with customer success, sales, engineering, and partner teams to deliver joint outcomes and represent Microsoft in executive and technical communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure, software development, architecture, technology solutions, or consulting.
- 10+ years in customer-facing roles and leading technical projects.
- Proven experience leading enterprise AI transformations involving generative AI, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, or agentic solutions from strategy through production.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Advanced Security, DevOps, and platform engineering, plus a strong software development background.
- Expertise in cloud-native application platforms including AKS, Container Apps, App Service, API Management, integration, and microservices.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, set standards, lead virtual teams, and drive a high-performance culture.
- Cloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer, DevOps Engineer Expert, or GitHub certifications are preferred.
- A master's degree in a related field and equivalent relevant experience are preferred.
