Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build intuitive, mission-focused products that users can adopt quickly.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product, DevOps, and AI teams.
- Develop scalable, modular applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead the implementation and evolution of design systems.
- Continuously improve performance, usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a lead developer role.
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
- Working knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Experience building scalable, component-based UI architectures.
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows.
- Experience writing unit and/or integration tests.
- Ability to work in Agile environments.
- Focus on building high-quality, user-centered applications.
- Ability to obtain a Secret (or higher) security clearance.
