Base Salary
$146k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write, maintain, and execute tests for full-stack and user-facing software.
- Perform manual and automated testing on custom software projects.
- Develop creative testing approaches for reusability and performance characterization.
- Maintain and update existing testing plans in collaboration with teams.
- Manage testing needs across multiple projects in detail.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery free of defects.
- Collaborate with application developers to resolve testing issues.
- Drive end-to-end test management and deliver concise reports.
- Execute and analyze simulations in operational environments.
- Coordinate with software team leads and external teams as needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack software testing.
- Deep experience managing complex test plans against evolving software baselines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in constrained development environments, including air-gapped systems.
- Ability to develop and execute test plans for complex systems.
- Quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases.
- Active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
