Responsibilities
- Provide development, operations, and maintenance support for SharePoint Online intranet environments.
- Support requirements gathering, documentation, and customer demonstrations.
- Publish and maintain content on public-facing and intranet websites.
- Provide testing support for monthly release deployments, including unit, regression, and accessibility testing.
- Support short turnaround publishing requests in a deadline-driven environment.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours emergency publishing support.
- Troubleshoot site issues in coordination with platform engineers and Microsoft support.
- Monitor Microsoft Message Center for platform updates and changes.
- Define and validate acceptance criteria for website features.
- Provide solution recommendations during team and client meetings.
- Collaborate with external agencies on U.S. Web Design System features and releases.
- Maintain compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience designing, building, maintaining, and publishing websites.
- 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint Online.
- Experience with responsive website design and Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Experience publishing content to public and intranet sites, preferably with Drupal.
- Experience supporting structured testing activities.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work the required Eastern Time Zone schedule.
- Familiarity with U.S. Web Design System.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for image editing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
