Base Salary
$131k - $192k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build foundational libraries, build systems, CI systems, and development tools for DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo web applications.
- Architect and implement developer experience infrastructure that improves productivity, testing, release speed, and reliability for web engineers.
- Work across large, complex codebases and monorepos to deliver high-impact technical initiatives.
- Use developer feedback and data to prioritize improvements to web engineering workflows.
- Mentor and educate web engineers, promote best practices, and foster technical excellence.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and organizational leaders on cross-functional initiatives.
- Use and help others adopt AI coding tools across the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the Node.js and TypeScript ecosystem.
- Experience shipping important changes in large, complex codebases and monorepos without full context.
- Interest in helping developers build web applications quickly and securely using feedback and data.
- Passion for emerging AI tools and helping others adopt them effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor for designing, generating, testing, monitoring, and releasing software.
