Responsibilities
- Gather and clarify requirements with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business partners.
- Develop, configure, code, test, and support business application solutions focused on automation, AI, agentic AI, and robotic process automation.
- Contribute to technical design specifications for low- to medium-complexity work.
- Build and support automated testing, deployment, and release activities within the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot application, technical, and operational issues and create installation, support, and end-user documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews, explain technical decisions, and apply feedback.
- Share knowledge with teammates and support the upskilling of junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of related software engineering experience.
- Experience developing, coding, testing, and supporting business applications.
- Working knowledge of automation technologies, including exposure to AI, agentic AI, or robotic process automation.
- Understanding of application development methods covering requirements, design, testing, and support.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience contributing to automated testing and release or deployment pipelines.
- Experience troubleshooting application or operational issues and documenting technical processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
