Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy browser, API-driven, RPA, and AI-augmented automation solutions.
- Maintain deployed RPA automations, diagnose failures, manage dependent-system changes, and support reliable production operation.
- Translate business processes and requirements into maintainable automation code with error handling, logging, recovery logic, documentation, version control, and change management.
- Prototype and productionize agentic workflows using modern frameworks and integrate enterprise AI platforms through APIs.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities and establish reusable architecture, quality, and governance standards.
- Instrument automations to track execution volume, error rates, and time saved for optimization and ROI measurement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience building production automation solutions, including scripted workflows, RPA implementations, or API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with an RPA platform such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, UiPath, or an equivalent.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and experience writing readable, maintainable code.
- Demonstrated experience working with REST APIs, including authentication, rate limiting, error handling, and multi-step workflow chaining.
- Experience mapping and decomposing business processes to assess automation fit and design solution architecture.
- Preferred: experience with Playwright or similar browser automation tools.
- Preferred: experience with agentic automation frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Preferred: experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic into workflow automation.
- Preferred: exposure to CI/CD practices, version control, testing pipelines, and change management for automation deployment.
