Senior Engineer - Production Support

Responsibilities
- Manage incidents from initiation through resolution and partner with development teams to identify root causes.
- Perform problem management and follow through on corrective actions.
- Proactively identify and resolve production issues while owning the production environment.
- Monitor availability and holistic system health, including configuring alerts and dashboards.
- Complete change requests and incident tickets and resolve issues within SLA requirements.
- Achieve 90% automation and reduce manual intervention.
Requirements
- Engineering degree and 5+ years of application support experience.
- Two to three years of experience analyzing issues, configuring alerts, and creating dashboards with Dynatrace.
- Two to three years of experience writing complex SQL queries and working with data models.
- Expertise in Apigee, Apigee X, and Siebel.
- Python programming preferred, with Shell scripting experience.
- Preferred AWS Solution Architect Associate knowledge, including EKS, load balancers, EC2, Route 53, multi-region environments, and CloudWatch querying.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and experience with Postman or Ready API.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and functional knowledge of retail and telecom.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work 24x7 shifts.
