Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver machine learning models and components for real-world risk-management problems.
- Develop and test application code, validate ML models, and automate testing and deployment.
- Make ML infrastructure decisions involving model selection, data, features, training, tuning, dimensionality, bias and variance, and validation.
- Build, optimize, deploy, retrain, maintain, and monitor ML models and production services.
- Construct data pipelines and use distributed systems and cloud architectures to support ML applications at scale.
- Apply deployment, monitoring, testing, governance, responsible AI, and explainable AI practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, GRC, and cross-functional Agile teams.
- Use Python, Scala, or Java to develop ML solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, machine learning, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of programming experience with Python, Java, Golang, or C++.
- At least 4 years of machine learning experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-learn.
- At least 4 years of experience using and operating large-scale distributed systems such as Spark or Ray for AI/ML data preparation.
- At least 2 years of experience deploying and operating machine learning solutions in production, operating cloud production services, and using Kubernetes for containerized ML systems.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field and 3+ years optimizing ML algorithms, configurations, and infrastructure.
- Preferred qualifications include 3+ years applying software development, resilient deployment, monitoring, incident-response, ML modeling, and production data-pipeline practices.
- Preferred qualifications include 1+ year as a technical lead developing ML solutions and authorship or co-authorship of an ML paper.
