Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain product features end to end.
Contribute to product discovery and technical decision-making with a focus on business outcomes.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across multiple architectural layers.
Ensure the performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency of developed products.
Participate in code reviews and improve engineering practices.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers in outcome-oriented squads.
Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted environments, to improve productivity and quality.
Own features from idea through production, including monitoring and continuous improvement.

Solid experience in software engineering across both backend and frontend layers.
Expertise in backend or frontend engineering with willingness to work beyond a single specialty.
Significant involvement with cloud infrastructure and DevOps in day-to-day work.
Strong ownership, accountability, problem-solving, and product-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in agile, product-first environments.
Interest in AI-assisted development and modern engineering workflows.
High standards combined with pragmatic decision-making.
Ability to communicate in English.
Equivalent experience with technologies and ecosystems beyond Betclic’s listed stack is considered relevant.
