Base Salary

$174k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Write and test product or system development code.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote coding best practices, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product and user feedback.
  • Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing effects on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
  • Design and implement GenAI solutions, leverage ML infrastructure, and evaluate tradeoffs among techniques and application domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Five years of experience programming in Python or C++.
  • Three years of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
  • Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
  • One year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • One year of experience with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques or GenAI concepts such as LLMs, multimodal systems, large vision models, language modeling, or computer vision.
  • Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Preferred: five years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Preferred: one year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.

Benefits

  • US base salary of $174000 - $252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
