Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote coding best practices, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing effects on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Design and implement GenAI solutions, leverage ML infrastructure, and evaluate tradeoffs among techniques and application domains.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience programming in Python or C++.
- Three years of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- One year of experience with software design and architecture.
- One year of experience with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques or GenAI concepts such as LLMs, multimodal systems, large vision models, language modeling, or computer vision.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: five years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: one year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174000 - $252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
