Responsibilities
- Understand customer AI strategies and business-critical challenges and translate requirements into Celonis solutions.
- Rapidly build AI prototypes during customer hackathons and proof-of-value projects.
- Support agentic process transformation using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform.
- Execute proof-of-value projects end to end and remain involved until agreed value and adoption thresholds are reached.
- Specialize in business domains or industries and create reusable best practices, collateral, and tools.
- Present and quantify business value for senior executives and manage customer accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, analytical, creative problem-solving, organizational, and customer-centric skills.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
- Good knowledge of Python, common machine learning libraries, and data engineering tools and technologies.
- Bonus qualifications include customer-facing or sales experience, technical proof-of-concept work, agentic systems experience, LLM orchestration, supply-chain knowledge, ROI/TCO modeling, and SAP or Oracle experience.
- Preferred degrees may combine technical and business disciplines, such as Computer Science or Data Science with Economics or Marketing.
